New Leadership for CMC Jacksonville

Jacksonville, FL July 8, 2008 - Community Management Concepts, Inc. is proud to announce its new President and CEO of the Jacksonville, FL location, Sherrill Schafer. CMC Jacksonville manages communities on the west coast of Florida, including the Jacksonville and Orlando areas.
Sherrill Schafer has over 20 years of community association management experience, and has obtained her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Prior to CMC, she was a Vice President at Alliance Association Management, an Associa company based in Austin, Texas.
Ms. Schafer also successfully owned and operated her own association management firm for seven years before becoming a member of the Alliance team. Her vast experience in all aspects of association management allows her to bring tremendous experience and excellent service to their associations. “CMC has served Florida for almost 40 years, and is an established leader in the industry,” Ms. Schafer said. “I’m thrilled to be coming back to my native Jacksonville, working with an incredible group of professionals, and serving our great communities.”
