This 217-unit high-rise condominium community located in Jacksonville, Florida has been managed by Associa Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville since 2018.
Challenge:
Before partnering with Associa Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville, the community had numerous outstanding bills, depleted funds, and several maintenance items that needed attention.
Resolution:
Associa Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville worked with the board to establish a special assessment that replenished the community’s operating account. They also developed a budget that allowed for the funding of reserves and rebuilt relationships with vendors. With these efforts, the community’s bills were paid, and the association worked its way back into a stable financial position. They credit the board president, community association manager, and Associa’s accounting team for helping them get back on track.
